FIFe Registert

Danish Import

Born: 31st December 1998

Sijala is my first sokoke. She is a snowsokoke, which means her colour isn't recognized for showing. I additon she has some curly ears from her mother chewing on them when she was a young kitten. This made the ears "shrink" and be bumby, curly and rather stiff. Even though they look strange, it doesn't bother Sijala at all.

Sijala was supposed to be a breeding queen if she was fertile, she wasn't fertile. Before I spayed her she got approved for breeding by two FIFe judges. She behaved excellently on the show and got a nice critic. One of the judges has never forgotten her, and she was very facinated by Sijala's colour and ears.

Sijala is spayed now, and is happy as a spay. She is a very easy to handle sokoke, very affectionate and has a very strong mothers instinct towards my other sokokes. If any of the other cat get alittle tough with the other sokokes, Sijala is there right away to tell them off.

As well as beeing my first sooke, Sijala is also my eldest cat. She is 7 years old. And she's a hapyy, saticified sokoke at my place. She'll stay with me as long as she lives.

What does the name mean?

Sijala  is Swahili meaning "I haven't eaten yet"
